Tim Parson
Mr. Parson has 35 years of upstream oil & gas experience from the highly regulated UKCS and complex deep-water ops offshore Far East to sophisticated multi-rig land ops in Mid-East, the Amazon and Europe. Schlumberger trained, he ran drilling rigs hands-on for 15 years before promotion to supervising ops in a staff role for Occidental Oil Co., emerging as a very experienced team-leader with the highest QHSE standards. He has a thorough knowledge of equipment, process and developing oil-fields and now works as a consultant having retired from his staff job in 2010 to be closer to family. Age 55 he has Post Graduate qualifications in Well Construction from UNSW, Sydney and a Post Graduate degree in business from Curtin Business
School, Perth, WA and is a qualified pilot.
Scott McCallan
Scott McAllan (age late 40s – UK national, domicile France) consultant, has over 30 years international upstream experience in the oil industry with last 3 years as Supply Chain & Procurement Manager for successful Shale Gas exploration project in Europe. Scott was responsible for all negotiations and contracts with service companies and suppliers including hiring staff and coordinating construction of well pads. He works closely with finance and legal departments and is the Senior Manager first point of contact with third-party contractors. He was closely involved in relations with local authorities and the public in liaison with the Land & Licencing department.

Karim Jobanputra – Director/Interim Principal Executive Officer .
Karim Jobanputra is an entrepreneur and owns companies that do business mostly in the Middle East and Europe. Mr. Jobanputra has experience in the areas of corporate finance and international business development. Mr. Jobanputra is an entrepreneur and dedicates less than 100% of his business efforts to the business of Sky. Mr. Jobanputra has other business interests, some of which may be in the oil and gas industry, and serves on the board of directors and as an officer for private companies. Mr. Jobanputra also works as a self-employed consultant based in the United Kingdom and has provided consulting services to companies in the areas of corporate finance and business development in the Asian and Middle East markets.
Robert Curt – Director.
Robert P. Curt has over thirty years of experience, primarily as an executive in marine transportation and supply related functions. He is currently a Director, Projects at Mallory, Jones, Lynch, Flynn and Assoc., an independent consultant to the marine industry. Mr. Curt retired from ExxonMobil in 2007 after assignments in a variety of positions up to and including General Manager Marine Transportation for ExxonMobil Refining & Supply Company and Managing Director, Qatar Gas Transport Company. He is also a Trustee of the US Merchant Marine Academy and a member of the American Bureau of Shipping’s Advisory Council and Nominating Committee and serves on the boards of two publicly traded shipping and ship building companies. Mr. Curt is a 1972 graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and holds an MBA in Finance from Iona College.
Mark Rachovides – Director.
Mr. Rachovides is a well-known specialist in South East Europe and President of the Euromines. Euromines is recognized as the representative body of the European metals and minerals mining industry. Mark Rachovides is a consultant to Eldorado Gold Corporation and until recently was Chairman of Deva Gold being Eldorado’s subsidiary in Romania. Previously he was Vice President, Europe at Dundee Resources Limited after spending 11 years at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD.) He was formerly an Executive Director of European Goldfields which was acquired by Eldorado in early 2012. He was also a director of Uzhuralzoloto, one of Russia’s largest gold producers until recently and remains on the Board of Eurogas International, a company developing oil and gas projects in Tunisia. He has been involved with a number of public companies and natural resource projects in the region both as a company director and a financier. He has also written a number of articles and conference presentations for Euromines, the LBMA, the World Gold Council, PDAC, the Mining Journal, the Russia-Canada mining group and other bodies. He has been involved in a wide variety of projects in the Former Soviet Union, Southern and Eastern Europe.

Peter L. BRIGER Snr was appointed to Sky Petroleum’s Advisory Board on August 19, 2012. Mr. Briger is the founder and CEO of Hydromine and served in the U.S. Treasury Department during the administrations of John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson. He has extensive experience in the development, structuring and implementation of major mining, metallurgical, power generation and infrastructure projects on five continents and has been involved in the market, technical and financing aspects of each of the Hydromine projects
Tor Suvelland has over 25+ yea of experience with the commodity, equity, freight derivative and Physical oil trading. TuTor is seen as a pioneer within the long/short freight/equity and has held Several management Positions within Key Global trading and Finance houses, Trafigura and Goldman Sachs . Tor brings a depth of experience to the company to assist with its growth stratergy.
